Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

Returns are accepted, but all shipping costs incurred are billed to you, the buyer. Our return policy is 30 days for items returned in original condition and in original packaging. Items shipped after 30 days will no be accepted. Please write to us at info@afrizurishop.com before returning an item so that we can inform you of the right place to return the item to. 

Exchange rates:

Exchanges are accepted, but all shipping costs incurred are billed to you, the buyer
Exchanges require advanced approval and incur a 15% restocking fee. Please write to us at info@afrizurishop.com so that we can arrange the exchange for you.
